1. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our collection and click on the desired item. Select the size and quantity, then add it to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you'll enter your shipping details and payment information to complete the order.
2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay) and PayPal. Rest assured, our payment process is secure and your information is protected.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? The delivery time depends on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and shipping times range from 5–10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Can I return or exchange an item? We don't accept physical returns — but we always make it right. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at support@stilloutthereapparel.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
EU customers have an additional 14-day right of withdrawal for any reason, including wrong size or change of mind.
Not sure about sizing? Check the size guide on each product page before ordering — full measurements in inches and cm. We want every order to be exactly right.
Why no physical returns? Every return has a real carbon footprint. Instead of shipping items back and forth, we'd rather just fix the problem directly. If something's wrong, tell us — we've got you.
