Returns & Refund Policy — Still Out There
We make shirts for people who hit the trail anyway. If yours showed up wrong, doesn't fit, or you've changed your mind, here's how it works — no maze, no fine print built to wear you down.
Your EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — including if it's simply the wrong size or a change of mind. The 14 days begin the day you take delivery.
To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on this page, or email us at support@stilloutthereapparel.com with your name and order number. We'll confirm by email straight away. We'll refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal.
How returns work
In many cases you won't need to ship anything back. Returns carry a real carbon footprint, and we'd rather not add one — so for most withdrawals, just tell us what happened, send a photo, and we'll refund you. Where it makes sense, you're welcome to keep the item and donate it to a local charity or recycle it.
Shipping costs (if a return is needed)
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: entirely on us. We cover return shipping and refund you in full — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
- Change of mind / wrong size: if we do ask for the item back, you cover return postage. Use a trackable service so it arrives safely.
Refunds
Eligible refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days (and no later than 14 days for EU withdrawals, as required by law). Your bank may take extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email support@stilloutthereapparel.com.
Sizing
Our shirts are printed to order on Bella+Canvas and Gildan blanks, true to size. Please check the size guide before ordering — but if it's still not right, your 14-day EU withdrawal right applies and we'll sort it out.
Items we can't accept back
By law, a few items are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right, including items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, and gift cards. (Note: our shirts are made to order but are not personalized to your specification, so they remain fully returnable.)
