PRIVACY POLICY — Still Out There

We keep this simple: we collect what we need to send you a shirt and run our store, nothing creepy, and we don't sell your data. Here's the detail.
Who we are
Still Out There ("we," "us") operates stilloutthereapparel.com. For data protection purposes, we are the data controller. Questions? Email support@stilloutthereapparel.com.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details.
- When you pay: payment is processed by PayPal and Shopify Payments. We don't see or store your full card numbers — those go directly to the payment provider.
- Automatically: when you browse, we collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies, mainly via Shopify and our analytics.
- If you contact us: the content of your message and your email address.
Why we collect it (and our legal basis)
- To fulfill your order and deliver it — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To process payments and prevent fraud — contract and our legitimate interests.
- To send order and shipping updates — performance of contract.
- To respond to your questions — legitimate interests.
- To improve our store and understand traffic — legitimate interests (and, where required, your consent for non-essential cookies).
- We use Shopify's built-in tools to send order-related and, where you've opted in, occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers who help us run the store:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform (hosting, checkout, store data).
- Printful — our print-on-demand partner, which receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order.
- PayPal and Shopify Payments — to process payments.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
International transfers
Some of these providers (including Printful and our payment/shipping partners) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically several years, as required by Greek and EU law). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA (or UK), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority — in Greece, that's the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA / Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα). California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" (we don't sell data). To exercise any right, email support@stilloutthereapparel.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (to run the cart and checkout) and, where you allow it, analytics cookies to understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner where shown.
Children
Our store isn't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We'll update this policy as needed and post the new date at the top.
